Planning & Design Services

We offer our clients in-person and/or virtual FREE consultations to fully understand the individual, their vision, goals, needs and budget.

Once retained, we conduct site visits, present our clients with customized plans, assign vendors, arrange and keep you informed throughout each stage of the planning & design process. From the moment you book with us, we stay with you until the second line band blow!

Wedding Coordination Service 

When you book our Stress Free – Coordination Package, we will create a customized wedding day timeline, mapping out the entire day of vendor arrivals, photos, ceremony and reception.

A week before the wedding, we reach out to all vendors and review responsibilities and confirm arrival times. We will attend the wedding rehearsal, instruct and provide timelines with the bridal party and provide a Personal Attendant to the Bride to ensure assistance for the entire day. The bridal party will be assigned a “GO TO” person for anything needed throughout the day and a minimum of (2) additional Attendants will be assigned to each venue.

We offer beautiful backdrops, centerpieces/table décor, linen, columns, plinths, props, seating and specialty tables for rent.

If needed, our In-house Décor team can provide onsite setups.
